Hey there....

A little about me, and my family because they are the reason I do everything including researching natural ways to support our health and well being.

I have been enjoying life as Nic's wife for over 21 years in Washington state and in that time we have added 3 amazing children a bonus son and a sweet grand baby. They've grown up with a mom who has always been passionate about learning a more natural approach to life including their health and wellness. I've been studying food, nutrition, cleaners, personal care, and wellness options for 17 years. When I found dōTERRA 11 years ago they knew we weren't turning back! It is a way of life for us, and now that I've become a Lolli my grand daughter benefits from all of my research too of course!

A few other things that bring me joy besides this family I love are spending time in nature, our dogs, paddle boarding, beach, lake, river... just take me to the water, road trips, adventures and camping in Doris (our 1960 airstream), helping others with their goals for their health and wealth, my oil community who have become close friends, oh our turtle and chickens too ha!

My husband has had sores in his mouth for many years with little relief. They would cause him so much discomfort and lasted for weeks at a time. Soon after we started using dōTERRA he began having issues. Happy discovery grabbing the "wrong" oil for foot/toe cramps (toes drawing in horribly painful cramps)... meant to grab Deep Blue but picked up DDR Prime. It soothed the cramp almost immediately. Have been using it since with near 100% reliability.

I take a terrazyme and a drop of digestzen under my tongue half hour before breakfast and dinner to help with the discomfort in my chest I sometimes get. It has cut the discomfort way down. I've been able to use this without needing other forms of support.
