Citrus oils just smelling citrus uplifts the mood, and helps me feel energized. Added to water they can assist the body in a gentle detox and make the flavor more fun! They can also be used to clean surfaces 🍋

On Guard- we like to use this protecting blend when touching questionable surfaces, for cleaning, and as a daily protective from things we may be exposed to

Digestzen - sometimes we eat things that don't agree with us or our digestive system gets out of balance, calm a cranky belly very quickly just by rubbing it on 

Lavender - All things calming and soothing...skin, restful sleep, emotions

Peppermint - Opens airways, freshens breath, helps with tension, cools the body, combine with Lavender and Lemon for support with uncomfortableness from changing seasons

Balance - grounding and calming to the emotions, oxygenating to cells, calm anxious feelings

Serenity - restful blend, promotes restful sleep, calming to mind and emotions

Deep Blue- sooth achy muscles and joints, occasional head tension, use before a workout to keep muscles relaxed
